Customers will receive tracking information once order has shipped. Because cookies are a perishable food product, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date once the package has been handed to the career. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to refund or replace an order due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or carrier delay. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the package and cookies so we can assist you.
